I often hear people bemoaning their lives. Their jobs are frustrating, families disorganized, life to busy. We’ve all complained at one time or the other. The question is does it help? The answer is not really. Sometimes complaints are legit right? Probably but again is anything changed or positively affected by whining about it? Obviously not. How do I keep from letting frustration and complaint take over my life.
1. Attitude of gratitude- be Thankful
2. Enjoy the small pleasures in life-take time to smell the roses.
3. Prioritize-determine what is important, focus on that and eliminate things that distract from what’s important.
Do all things without complaining and disputing, (Philippians 2:14 NKJV)
