John 4:29 (NKJ) “Come, see a Man who told me all things that I ever did. Could this be the Christ?”
My friend Jesse McCaul says, “if you learned it this morning you can teach it this afternoon.”
I find this scripture very interesting. Here was a woman, who met Jesus, was completely transformed in her thinking after the encounter, and after avoiding people for some time she has such a revolutionary encounter it evokes an immediate, and enthusiastic response. She ran into Samaria, and told everyone she could. She said, “come see a man.”. My question to us is do we remember all that Jesus has done for us? If so, are we, like the woman, telling our story? Are we inviting others to come see a man who can transform their lives. Let’s be like this woman, let’s be passionate about sharing our faith with others. It’s really that easy, just tell your story. You don’t have to be a theologian, just tell people what Jesus has done for you. It can transform them, like it has you.
How do you tell your story?
