So this is what a blog is … my first to visit. Great words, thought provoking. To live our life with compassion and with passion for what we do — so worth thinking about; thoughts to meditate on for this week. Thanks for starting your blog, we will visit often.

Hi there,
I read your post on leadership leasons and marathon training. I love it. You definately hit the nail on the head in so many ways. I believe that you could finish the full marathon. I also got my weight under control and started running. With God’s help I lost 130 lbs on weight watchers and with Him carrying me I have managed to finish 7 marathons and 4 ultra marathons (up to a 50 miler).
Anyways, I liked the post and your blog. It was encouraging. I am glad that Jesus is alive in the blog world. Thanks again.
If you want to read my weight loss and marathon story check this post out at
